The mightiest castle in Legend Farewell Edition is to be found right here! And it is probably the finest castle design in the entire game! The way it changes the fighting in this part of the level - is just like a breath of fresh air, tenfold.

An idea that led the design for this level eventually was Daikatana. You have not played a dark fantasy FPS episode, until you have played that game (nor a Greek one for that matter). And then there is that music too....

Still, some inspirations came from Game of Thrones, Witchaven (always), a little Bloodrayne - and there we go! Hexen's 3rd Hub is not going to be the same again!  We've really done it this time!

Last but not least, the gameplay changes implemented here will force you to use the item randomizer (located in the area behind the throne), and not pass it by.
